Using Styles |
| Open InDesign. Open your newsletter. Select page 2 or the page you wish to add text to. Select the T tool. Shift-Apple Select the two adjacent text boxes. ![]() Transfer the text to your Indesign page. >File >Place ![]() Find the Text, then click Open. A different cursor appears. It is loaded with text and waiting to be placed somewhere. Put the cursor in the upper left corner of the left text box and click the mouse. When the strange icon appears, click inside the text box. If the small red plus appears in the text box, click onthe text box to the right. |
| Triple click on the text to select it all. Open the Character Styles Palette. Select Text. The saved text is used. Find the right size to fill both text boxes but not overflow. ![]() |
