Create Text Boxes on Master
Select the text layer.
Move the layer to top if it isn't already.
Select the T (text) tool.
Draw text boxes where text will be typed. If the boxes don't show, draw the text boxes off to the side and then select the Selection tool and move it into place. Adjust size.
